Simone has worked with many diverse vulnerable people and has worked in the non-profit sector for over 7 years. Simone’s passion for prevention-based programs has been her top priority; having worked with the Calgary Drop-In Centre, and other shelters in Calgary.

Simone graduated with an Honours Degree from Mount Royal University and has worked in Program Management for the past 7 years in the non-profit sector. While attending University, Simone also had the opportunity of studying abroad in Ghana. Here she worked on her thesis while also meeting and engaging with prolific authors such as Ama Ata Aidoo. She also worked with youth in schools while teaching grades 4, 5, and 6.

Born and raised in Toronto, Simone has, and always had, a passion for art and music from a very young age. She auditioned for her first tv appearance on Canadian- Idol and since then worked with other artists and producers such as Rich the Kid and more! In Simone’s spare time she enjoys reading and listening to music. Her great passion is to support and provide healing to people who have been through traumatic/stressful experiences. Her goal is to assist youth and families to find healthy perceptions of themselves, and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole, and safe.
