YAA GFL Cycle 2 - Week 2: Collective Identity Explored through Comics

Program Description:

Today’s session is designated to creating comic strips as an artistic expression of Collective Identity. Youth will have the opportunity to explore various collective identities that they resonate with and ultimately depict a comic strip that reflects a space in which they feel a sense of belonging.  

Discussion Point: How can a space or group enhance collective identity and a sense of belonging? In what ways can we embed that into our experience with Youth Arts Action?
