Week 3: Composition & Visual Storytelling

Program Description:

Weekly Goal and Lesson: This week we’ll be learning about composition and visual storytelling in photography. Our focus will be on understanding how to use different elements and techniques to create more impactful and meaningful images. 

Art Objective: The youth will be taking photos with a specific theme or story in mind, using composition techniques to make those photos more powerful and expressive. We’ll be encouraging youth to think more critically about the images they capture and to use photography as a tool for self-expression and storytelling.
