Youth Arts Action Genesis Week 6: Inside Outside Box

Free Calgary after-school program for youth ages 12-18.

Program Description:

The focus of today’s session is to bring to the surface the invisibility of mental health and how raising awareness can combat stigma and honour the fullness of our experiences. Each youth will be provided a cardboard box to paint; the inside of the box representing their internal world and the outside of the box expresses what they show the world. These will be on display at the Art Exhibit.
