Monday Rap Night Downtown with Tribe Artist Society & Elizabeth Fry Calgary

In this program for Indigenous youth, youth focus on learning skills in writing song lyrics, improvising verses and participating in rap cyphers. Youth have the opportunity to rap about the topics that they are passionate about while enhancing their skills in many events and field trips that are additionally offered.  

This program is beginner friendly. Registered program participants receive a free Skip the Dishes Meal during program. Youth can earn leadership and volunteer experience credits. 

Who: Indigenous youth ages 15 – 24   

When: Every Monday night, 5:00 – 7:30 PM   

Where: Arts Learning Centre in Arts Commons (205-8th Ave SE)
